Moving from Inspired to Action

I see so many times people inspired by the work of others. They look for their heart to be shared daily on social media or in a blog.

What comes next though is just the feel good heart tingle strings and nothing else moving them forward.

Unfortunately there is nothing I can actually do or say to move you from inspired by my work to ready to work with me.

The difference is and always will be you. You are the change you have to see.

So how do you begin to change when change is scary? I know especially right now many of you are unsure of what is next in your world.

Simply you must begin by opening a journal and beginning to write.

If you are unsure where to begin my workbook is a great place to start.

The biggest secret I can give you is to find a way to remove yourself from the stress. Light candles, throw in a bath bomb, lock the door and turn up the Jesus music.

In those small moments you may begin to really see what you want unfold. I usually take a notebook with me as I sit.

I begin by writing everything I am thankful for in the day. Praising Jesus for what I have brings clarity to what I want but also gratitude for what I have.

As you begin to change and create a lifestyle you want, many times you find that it is harder to see what is great in your world. This isn't a shame on you scenario... I PROMISE... This is growth and learning how to be grateful and continue to climb.

Simply writing down your joy and praise will bring your heart into a place of growth.

Being in the stillness will open your heart and mind to listen to the God whispers.

Work to meditate and remove all thoughts for 3-5 minutes. You will soon find peace and tranquility as you lay still.

When the quest for more grabs you by the hand and the idea pops in your mind.... WRITE IT DOWN!!! There is never a dumb idea just ideas that were lost because we forget to WRITE IT DOWN!!!

When the idea comes it is time to chatt!!!!
