Luxury Lifestyle Tips

Envisioning your where…..
When it is time to move knowing exactly where you want to be is important. This is not a simple task, whether it be for your business or your home. The first step to a luxury lifestyle is knowing exactly who and where you want to be.
This is really about meditating and beginning to see exactly where you want to be. THIS IS NOT where you are. This is your dream. When you sit and daydream this is everything that comes to your mind.
Where are you living?
What does your dream house look like?
What state are you in?
Picture your bedroom and how it is decorated.
Really dive deep into your soul and write down everything you see.
What are you doing?

Mortgage Tip from Nicole the Mortgage Pro:

The more appealing your offer, the better chance you have of it being accepted.  Work with both your agent and lender to form an offer strategy BEFORE you fall in love with your dream home and go to make an offer on it.

Renovating and Selling Tips

3 top and not so expensive things to make a home feel like new.

1) Interior paint: gray hues are the rage right now and will probably remain so for while due to their versatility with allowing other colors to compliment and be used as accents.  A Professional paint job will cost somewhere between $3,000-6,000 depending on the size of the home and number of colors used.  You can DIY for a few hundred.  Just be prepared for some hard work.  It’s not as easy as the pros make it appear.  But if you take your time, it’s a job almost anybody can do themselves.

2. Kitchen backsplash:  can be DIY for less than a hundred bucks or professionally done for $750 or less.  Adds a pop to a kitchen and is less expensive and less labor intensive than painting cabinets.

3.  Mulch: Freshen up the beds around the home.  Even add some seasonal color to accent.  Can be DYI for less than $100 or professionally for less than $1000.  Adds a huge amount of curb appeal and pulls in prospective buyers as that’s the first and last thing they see of the home.
